At ACSL we believe in a high degree of flexibility and independency; we have a flat organization structure with short communication lines; we like to keep it efficient, transparent and clear.
Your colleagues are based all over the world and are working at our Activation desk, Order desk, Customer desk or Vendor desk. Our IT desk is based in the ACSL HQ in Antwerp, easily accessible by public transport and also in a lively neighbourhood full of shops, bars and restaurants.
Twice a year we meet in Antwerp for the ACSL Academy; a strategy meeting where we share our experiences, brainstorm on new concepts, analyse our successes and opportunities. We often also invite customers and/or partners and close the ACSL Academy with a teambuilding activity.
ACSL staff located in Belgium work at our new office facilities in the center of Antwerp and have the opportunity to telecommute 2 days a week; when you are located outside of Belgium you can work from your home office.
